Are you in network with my insurance?
We are only in network with Delta Dental as a premier provider. If you have another insurance (other than state insurance) we are still able to see you BUT we have to take the out of network benefits. Sometimes that means there is a larger out of pocket for you, sometimes it doesn’t. It all depends on your particular plan. If you’re unsure, our office can help you determine that.
Are you open on weekends?
We are NOT – our hours are M-Th 7:30 AM – 5 PM and Fridays 7:30 AM – 1 PM.
Do I have to pay my patient portion the day treatment is done?
Yes, our office policy states that we collect patient portion day of treatment in full.
Do you offer sedation?
We do NOT – but we have nitrous gas (laughing gas) available for patients who are interested.
Do you do braces?
We offer Invisalign and SureSmile in our office, but larger cases we generally refer out to an Orthodontist.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, we always are! Since we are a highly sought after dental office based on the exceptional care and service we provide here, be prepared to schedule out your appointment. We always have a call list or ASAP list that we work off of to try and get patients in sooner.
